My book, Monkeys with Typewriters, was published by Triarchy Press in 2009.
Monkeys with Typewriters looks at the changing role for leaders and managers in socially-enabled organisations, and was based on interviews with 50 leading practitioners and thinkers in the Social Web. The book was warmly received with some great reviews – you can see a selection of them here. It was featured on BBC Radio 5 and in the London Evening Standard.
The ideas explored then inform my current work with clients, which is always very much from the inside out, looking at best ways to make employees and customers happy – and companies more profitable.
