Designed and delivered two Spring term courses (5 x 3 hours each) for MBA students at Cass (now Bayes) Business School.
The focus was leadership in the digital age: how business leaders adapt to changing circumstances and how new leadership styles and organisational cultures are being developed.
Each session was built around an interview with a senior leader who had helped enable digital transformation. Guests included Nic Roope (Poke), Euan Semple (BBC) and Emma Pace (Credit Suisse).
