CAST (Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology) is a charity set up to build digital capability across the social sector.
I carried out a series of user research interviews in order to understand the experiences, behaviour and attitudes of people working through a sector-wide enablement programme. I also interviewed delivery partners, experts and funders.
I synthesised data, extracted insights and presented findings back to the team. These insights enabled a baseline understanding, helping CAST to successfully scale the programme.
