The Social Media Launch Pack is designed for small and medium sized businesses who want to use social media more effectively, but aren’t sure where to start.
The Launch Pack is a mix of consultancy and hands-on workshops. It contains six steps:
1. Explore
Through an introductory workshop, identify your needs and business goals; give preliminary advice and guidance on possible platforms and tools.
2. Analyse
Review your current online presence, find competitor benchmarks, pinpoint relevant conversations and locate your top influencers.
3. Recommend
Provide you with a list of key social channels to focus on, the type of content you could be creating and sharing, suggested hot topics and campaign ideas.
4. Plan
Translate recommendations into daily and weekly task lists; set monthly goals so you know whether or not your social media tactics are on track.
5. Activate
Through a second workshop, set you up with the tools you need to get started, answering any immediate questions you have about the plan and how to execute it.
6. Launch
You’ll be able to market your project, cause or business with confidence, knowing exactly what you want to achieve and how you’ll get there.
Be your own guru
While larger brands and global corporations are getting this area sorted – at least in terms of experimentation and sheer financial investment, smaller companies often struggle – they don’t have the time or resources to explore what “social” can really do for them.
The Social Media Launch Pack is designed to lend a helping hand – get things moving in the right direction with a relatively small investment. Take a look and let me know what you think. Feel free to recommend to any friends or associates you think might be interested!
